The power plants in Norway are shown both on a map and in a table (with key figures). The list is not complete.

Installed capacity and annual production

In 2016 was Norway concerning. The installed capacity of 33.86  GW in place 30 and with respect. Annual production of 147.7 billion  kWh in place 29 in the world. The degree of electrification is 100%. Norway was a net exporter of electricity in 2016; it exported 15.53 billion kWh and imported 5.74 billion kWh.

Thermal power plants

Only around 3% of electricity is generated from fossil fuels.

According to The Wind Power , wind turbines with a total output of 2,444 MW were in operation at the end of 2019 , of which 22 MW were offshore.
