Florian Bitterlich (born November 29, 1984 ) is a German handball player .

Handball began bitterly at TuS Esingen in the F-youth. Later, the back player played with the Esingen men's team in the Hamburger Oberliga. In the 2006/07 season he was promoted to the regional league with Esingen , with Bitterlich having a decisive share in the success with 181 goals. In the summer of 2007, Bitterlich moved to the second division TSV Altenholz , where he was still eligible to play for Esingen due to a double play right. In two seasons in Altenholz he scored 51 goals in a total of 64 second division games. In 2009 he moved to the then league club SV Henstedt-Ulzburg . With the SVHU he rose to the 3rd division in 2010 and in 2012 and 2014 to the 2nd division. Since the 2016/17 season he has been playing for the Hamburg division HTS / BW96.
