Florian Illmayer (born October 2, 1993 in Leoben ) is a former Austrian handball player .

Illmayer began to play handball at Union Leoben when he was young. With the Styrians he was both vice-national champion under 17 and national champion in the under 19 competition in 2010/11. For several years he has been running in the first team which takes part in the Handball League Austria . Illmayer ended his career in 2016.
