Florian Kinast

Florian Kinast (born January 9, 1969 in Munich ) is a German journalist and author .

Life

From 1979 to 1988 Kinast attended the humanistic Wilhelmsgymnasium in Munich . Then he did his community service in the Klinikum rechts der Isar and studied English and history to become a teacher until 1993. In 1994 he did an internship at the Munich evening newspaper and worked there as a freelancer. In 1995, after an internship at ran, he started an internship at the Munich evening newspaper. From 1996 to 2000 he was an editor in the local editorial team, among other things as a police reporter and as a town hall reporter. In 2001 he switched to the sports department. He has been a freelance journalist since 2011 and writes as a sports correspondent for "Spiegel Online" about FC Bayern and travel reports for the magazine "Abenteuer und Reisen". He is also the author of several books. Florian Kinast should not be confused with the presenter Florian Kienast, who moderates the program "Our Land" on Bavarian television.
