Florin Iordache (born December 14, 1960 in Caracal , People's Republic of Romania ) is a Romanian politician.

He graduated from Craiova University and started working as an engineer in 1985, and in 2002, after further lectures, became a lawyer. He is a member of the Partidul Social Democrat and was Deputy Mayor of Caracal from 1996 to 2000 . He was President of the Romanian Chamber of Deputies from June 13 to December 21, 2016 , to which he was first elected in 2000.

On January 4, 2017, he was admitted to the Grindeanu government cabinet as Minister of Justice . After nationwide protests against a government ordinance, which he supported, to decriminalize corruption cases below 200,000 lei (~ 45,000 euros), he resigned on February 9, 2017. Two months later he was elected Vice President of the Chamber of Deputies.
