Defense against escape

Defense against escape is the prevention of a refugee from entering another country.

According to the Schengen Agreement , the states of the European Union that border on non-EU states are obliged to prevent flight.

According to the Geneva Conventions is fleeing not in itself a criminal offense worthy, escape assistance , however, can in Germany as migrant smuggling as and in the case of fraudulent trafficking will be punished.
