The Arusha Airport is a small commercial airport in Arusha , in northeastern Tanzania .

In 2006 , 15,999 movements were reported in Arusha. The airport administration has announced that it will continue to expand the airport, improve the terminal and extend the runway, which is too short, in order to expand flight operations.
