Kirakira Airport ( IATA : IRA , ICAO : AGGK ) is an airfield near Kirakira , on the island of Makira (formerly San Cristóbal) and part of the Solomonic province of Makira and Ulawa . It is also known as the Ngorangora Airstrip and was built in the late 1950s. The flights are operated with a DHC-6 Twin Otter from Solomon Airlines .
