The Vettweiß-Soller airfield is an ultra -light airfield for ultra -light aircraft operated by the UL-Luftsportgemeinschaft Gertrudenhof e. V.
history
In 1995, the microlight pilots from Morschenich ( Merzenich municipality ) and the surrounding area found a new location northeast of Soller . The agricultural operation of the Gertrudenhof offers a large hall on which a grass runway has been created. The microlight flight area is intended exclusively for microlight flying.
