The Flying Bulls Aerobatics Team is a Czech aerobatic team .

history

In 1960 four friends began to form an aerobatic team under the name Box Trener at an airfield in Chrudim, Czechoslovakia . They flew the best aerobatic machine at the time, a Zlín Z-26 Trenér . With their performances, they became well known and received invitations to air shows all over Europe. However, the state made it very difficult for them to perform abroad and finally the season ended in 1982.

After the political changes in 1989 and the support of Unimax, the squadron was re-established under the name Unimax Devils .

In 1990 the team got a new sponsor and from now on appeared with the Zlin Z-50LX aircraft under the name Sky Box . Since that time they can be seen worldwide with their air show.

The squadron has been supported by Red Bull since 2001 and now flies as The Flying Bulls Aerobatics Team .

The team has been flying the XtremeAir XA42 since 2014 .
