Fondeadero Corral ( Spanish is) a natural harbor on the south side of Bryde Island before the Danco Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It borders the Argentino Channel and lies west of Punta Soffia .
Chilean scientists named it after the whaling ship Corral , which was used in two consecutive Antarctic summer campaigns between 1911 and 1913 in the waters around the Southern Orkney Islands .
