Fondeadero Lemaire ( Spanish is) a natural harbor at the Graham Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located 6 km southwest of Cape Renard in the entrance to the Lemaire Canal .
Chilean scientists named it after the name of the canal of the same name. Its namesake is Charles François Alexandre Lemaire (1863–1925), a Belgian African explorer and district commissioner in the Belgian Congo .
