fonoda is a German post-rock band that was founded in the Passau area in 2002 .
Band history
The band was founded in 2002 by Florian Dölzer and Matthias Neuefeind, who previously owned the Keplar record company . The debut album was released in the same year on their independent label , which had specialized in indie rock and electronic music . It was the label's fourth release. Subsequently fonoda participated in several samplers of friendly labels. In 2007 the second album eventually appeared on the label büro.
Music genre
A mix of guitars , drums , classical instruments , minimal electronics. The band is influenced by the indie groups Mogwai , Slint and Low .
