Forum 66 (another project name, Hang Lung Plaza ) is a building complex in Shenyang, China, which is currently under construction .

The construction project was presented to the public in 2007. The client is the real estate company Hang Lung Properties . The American architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox was commissioned to plan the complex before construction work finally began in 2008, but was discontinued at the beginning of 2013 for economic reasons. Completion was planned for 2013, but there has been no new date since the construction interruption. The complex will consist of two connected high-rise buildings, which will reach heights of 384 meters and 351 meters. At 384 meters, the first building will be the tallest in the city and one of the tallest in China. Only offices will be built on the 76 floors of the building.
