Fosnes was a Norwegian municipality in Fylke Trøndelag with 605 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2019) on an area of ​​545 km². The seat of the administration was in Dun . As part of the local government reform in Norway , Fosnes and Namdalseid were merged with Namsos on January 1, 2020 .
