The Fothergill Point is a low and rocky headland at the Nordenskjöld Coast of Graham lands north of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located 8 km northeast of Cape Worsley and marks the northern limit of the entrance to Odrin Bay .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named them in 1964 after Ian Ledgard Fothergill (1937-2009), meteorologist and head of the station of the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey in Hope Bay from 1959 to 1963.
