Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics

The Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics ( FIND ) (German: Foundation for innovative new diagnostics ) is an international non-profit organization . It was founded in May 2003 at the World Health Assembly in Geneva and promotes the development, market launch and application of diagnostic solutions for poverty-related diseases and neglected tropical diseases .

The portfolio includes diagnostics for tuberculosis , AIDS , malaria , sleeping sickness , leishmaniasis , Chagas , Buruli ulcer , hepatitis C , Ebola and Lassa virus.

As part of the Access to COVID-19 Tools (ACT) Accelerator campaign , the development of tests for COVID-19 is currently (as of 2020) supported.
