Frémeaux & Associés is a French record company .
The record label Frémeaux & Associés was founded in 1991 by Claude Colombini and Patrick Frémeaux. The Vincennes- based label released recordings from the fields of jazz , spoken word, blues , gospel , country music , chansons and world music . Sublabel are Body & Soul and The Blues , on which historical blues recordings appeared. In 2001 the label was awarded the Prix in Honorem of the Académie Charles-Cros , and in 2014 the Grand Prix of the Académie du Jazz .
