Fractal Universe is a French progressive death metal band from Nancy and a member of the Metal Blade Records label .
history
Fractal Universe was founded in Nancy in late 2014. With the release of a first EP Boundaries of Reality in 2015, the band began performing in France and Europe, playing with The Black Dahlia Murder and Monuments, as well as at the Motocultor Festival in 2016.
With their first album Engram of Decline , released in April 2017, the band played over 80 concerts in 2017 and 2018, and performed at Hellfest , among others .
The second album, Rhizomes of Insanity , was released on April 19, 2019. With this the band played among other things as support for Whitechapel , The Black Dahlia Murder and Cannibal Corpse .
