Franca Sciutto

Franca Sciutto (born January 14, 1939 in Genoa ) is an Italian actress .

Life

Sciutto comes from a simple family and began her acting career in 1963 with a small role in the suitcase film RoGoPaG , where she was seen in Ugo Gregoretti's episode. Two years later she played at the Genoa Municipal Theater , which was then directed by Laerte Ottonelli , and received the prize at the Festival of Dialect Theaters for her portrayal of "Mercedes" in Carlo Bocca's comedy Barudda e Pipia . In 1968 she received her acting diploma from the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia and from then until the mid-1970s she appeared in numerous police films , comedies and musical works, in which she mostly took on character roles. Then she concentrated on her theater career, which she had not given up before, which she pursued for many years at the Teatro Stabile in her hometown.
