Francesco Maria Vaccari (* 1814 in Fuscaldi ; † January 20, 1856 in Fuscaldi) was an Italian priest and from 1850 to 1856 the first rector general of the Pallottines .

In 1838 he was ordained a priest. After completing his training, he came to Rome four years later to pursue a career in the church hierarchy. After meeting Vincenzo Pallotti , he gave in to his wish. He became a close collaborator, helped create the Pallottine Rule and preached. In 1846 he was the first to take vows together with Vencenz Pallotti. From July 29, 1850 he was the first rector general.

When Alojzy Lambruschini, Pallotti's friend and protector of his work, died in 1854, the unfounded accusations against the Pallottines were raised again.

In 1855 he decided to live with his family in Fuscaldi because of an incurable disease. He died at the age of 42 and was buried in Fucaldi.
