Francesco Volpe (born March 3, 1986 in Naples , NA ) is an Italian soccer player . The striker is currently under contract with FC Piacenza in Serie B.

Volpe started his career at Genoa FC . After two appearances in Serie B , he moved to Juventus Turin in 2004 , where he was only used in the youth team Primavera . Volpe was loaned to Ravenna Calcio in 2006 , where he was used in 28 of 42 games, scoring four goals. In the summer of 2007, Francesco Volpe moved to AS Livorno . A loan to US Triestina followed for the 2009/10 season . After the attacker received regular missions there, he returned to Livorno in July 2010. He has been playing for FC Piacenza since 2011 .
