Francis Galtier
Francis Galtier (born May 11, 1907 in Croix , Département Nord , † June 15, 1986 in Paris ) was a French sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
At the 1924 Olympic Games in Paris, he was fifth in the 4 x 100 meter relay .
In 1926 he became French champion. He set his personal best of 49.6 s in 1928.
