Francisco Horta (football official)
Francisco Luiz Cavalcanti da Cunha Horta (born September 23, 1934 ) is a former Brazilian lawyer, football official and politician .
Horta completed his legal training with a doctorate. From 1975 to 1976 he was President of Fluminense Football Club . The short presidency was formative for the international role of the association. After that he was a manager at the Clube de Regatas do Flamengo for a short time .
In 1982 Horta became a member of the Assembleia Legislativa of the state of Rio de Janeiro for the Partido Trabalhista Brasileiro (PTB) . He also worked as a radio commentator.
