Francisco Vega de Lamadrid , also Kiko Vega (born May 22, 1955 in Ciudad Obregón , Sonora ), is a Mexican politician of the Partido Acción Nacional . He was the 15th Governor of the state of Baja California for the period from 2013 to 2019. He took office on November 1, 2013, succeeding José Guadalupe Osuna Millán .
