Frank Bleckmann (born August 3, 1967 in Mülheim an der Ruhr ) is a former German saber fencer of OFC Bonn . Bleckmann was vice world champion and multiple German champion in the team competition. He also took part in the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta for Germany and achieved 8th place in the team competition.
