Frank Fischer (psychologist)
Frank Fischer (* 1965 ) is a German psychologist .
Life
He studied psychology in Trier and Aachen . After receiving his doctorate in 1997 and his habilitation in 2001 at the LMU Munich , he taught as a professor of general psychology and teaching / learning research at the universities of Erfurt and Tübingen . Since 2006 he has held the chair for educational psychology and empirical education at the LMU.
His main research interests are learning with digital media, collaborative learning, scientific thinking and reasoning, and use-inspired basic research and evidence-based practice in education.
