Frank Klobke (born August 4, 1963 ) is a German football player .

The defensive player, who could be used in defense and midfield, played a total of 100 times for SV Meppen in the 2nd Bundesliga and scored eleven goals. On July 23, 1988 he made his debut in the second division at the season opener 1988/89 against Eintracht Braunschweig (0-0). His last second division game in December 1991 against FC St. Pauli also ended goalless.
