Frank Le Gall
Frank Le Gall (born September 23, 1959 in Rouen ) is a French comic artist .
Life
Around 1981, Le Gall drew his first stories for Spirou magazine , before he was internationally successful from 1987 with his album series Theodor Pussel (“Théodore Poussin”). The series takes place in the 1920s and is about the adventures of a bespectacled shipping company employee who travels to distant Asia. Other series by Le Gall appeared in France, including the children's comic Les Barbutins and Petits Contres noirs , which is characterized by black humor . Le Gall also wrote two novels.
