Frank Moore took part in the 1908 Olympic Games in London in the trap part. He finished the individual competition in tenth place with 52 points. In the team competition, he took first place with the first British team before Canada and the second British team. With a total of 407 points and thus two points ahead of the Canadians, the British, whose team also consisted of James Pike , Charles Palmer , John Postans , Alexander Maunder and Peter Easte , secured the gold medal. Moore was the team's second weakest shooter with 60 points.
