Frank Osorio
Frank Jair Osorio (born August 28, 1988 in El Carmen de Viboral ) is a Colombian racing cyclist .
Osorio won the twelfth stage of the Vuelta a Colombia in 2011 and 2016 . In 2012 he drove for the Professional Continental Team Colombia-Coldeportes . With this team he took part in the spring classic Milan – San Remo , which he could not finish.
