List of cultural assets in Büren an der Aare
The list of cultural assets in Büren an der Aare contains all objects in the municipality of Büren an der Aare in the canton of Bern that are subject to the Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict , the Federal Act of June 20, 2014 on the Protection of Cultural Property in the Case of Armed People Conflicts and the ordinance of October 29, 2014 on the protection of cultural property in the event of armed conflict .
Objects in categories A and B are completely included in the list, objects in category C are currently missing (as of January 1, 2018). Among other monuments protected objects are found, the "worthy of protection" in the canton of Bern Bauinventar than are listed.

Castle built between 1620 and 1625 , instead of four town houses. The most important Bernese palace of the 17th century dominates the western end of the city. This is a building made of limestone, tuff and sandstone under a quarter- hipped roof , the southern front of which is asymmetrically structured by staggered windows and buttresses and closed off by a round . On the east side there is a polygonal stair tower under a pointed helmet .

Mill built in the middle of the 17th century , the location of which has been documented since the 13th century. Concrete Tradtitional under weakly inclined part hipped roof consists of HAU and rubble stones and is fenestrated only sparse. It is covered by a roof structure with a reclining chair and a canopy that protrudes far to the northwest. The functional grinder is completely preserved, the mill wheel is driven by water from a pond.

Hospital built at the turn of the 16th to the 17th century, used as a local museum since 1975. At the entrance to the town there is a solid building under a hipped gable roof on the east side with inconsistent eaves heights along the length. The main facade is characterized by the pointed arch entrance, the asymmetrically distributed Gothic keel arch row windows and the three individual windows of different formats on the first and second floors. The door and window walls made of sandstone are profiled.

Covered wooden bridge over the Aare , erected between 1820 and 1822, faithfully rebuilt in 1989/90 after a fire. The supporting structure of the board- lined structure under a gable roof is a modern truss made of glued laminated timber on four pillars, three of which have been newly constructed. The portal sides, covered by a round and provided with a national coat of arms, were also reconstructed .

Church building built in the third quarter of the 13th century, originally dedicated to Saint Catherine, with a nave from the 14th / 15th century. Century. The Romanesque - Gothic building consists of a nave under a steep pitched roof , a retracted choir under a partial hipped roof and a tower. The classicistic west portal dates from 1812.

Town hall built in the first half of the 17th century . Representative solid construction under a hipped roof with ridge poles and stepped gable on the east side , the north facade has a high ground floor made of stone blocks . The ogival entrance with wrought-iron gate and row windows originate from the renovation between 1951 and 1953. The interior is from the 17th century.

House built in 1832 in the classical style. This solid construction under a gable roof with two transverse gables has a circumferential belt and a strong cornice, which structure the structure resting on a limestone base. The north-west facade, framed by interlocking corner pilasters , shows a central risalit- like portal axis under the frontispiece, a loggia is attached to the south-east risalit . |
