Frank Otto (historian)

Frank Otto (born December 22, 1967 in Mainz ) is a German historian , editor at Geo Epoche and author of numerous publications.

Life

Frank Otto attended the Christianeum humanistic high school in Hamburg . After his military service, he studied history, economics, political science and modern German literature at the University of Hamburg . There he completed his habilitation in 2001 with Bernd Jürgen Wendt . After completing his habilitation, he was a private lecturer in modern history at the Department of History at the University of Hamburg until 2007 . He has been an editor at Geo Epoche since 2008. He lives and works in Hamburg.
