Frank Shell

Frank Schal (* 1976 ) is a German political scientist .

In 2005 he was at Alfons Söllner at the Philosophical Faculty of the Technical University of Chemnitz with a political science work on the writings of Otto Kirchheimer to Dr. phil. PhD. He is a research associate at the Intellectual History project of the Federal Republic of the Chair of Political Theory and History of Ideas ( Alexander Gallus ).
