Frank Simek
Frank Simek (born October 13, 1984 in St. Louis ) is an American football player .
Career
The defender Simek has played in England since 2003, initially at Arsenal FC (1 game). Via Queens Park Rangers (5 games) and AFC Bournemouth (8 games) he came to Sheffield Wednesday in 2005 , where he earned a regular place and was used in 119 games in the English second division until 2010 , scoring two goals. For the 2010/11 season he moved to third division club Carlisle United .
Simek made his debut for the US national team on March 28, 2007 against Guatemala .
