The Frankenalb Clinic Engelthal in the municipality of Engelthal in the Nuremberg region is a specialist clinic for psychiatry , psychotherapy and psychosomatics . The Frankenalb Clinic was built on the Reschenberg in 1898 and opened in 1900 as a lung sanatorium with 100 beds. In the meantime it was a children's home during the Second World War . In 1973 the company specialized in the treatment of mental illnesses.
