FranklinCovey Co. is a global management consultancy and training program company. According to its own statements, the company advises around 90% of the Fortune 100 and 75% of the Fortune 500 .

FranklinCovey was founded in 1997 by Stephen R. Covey through the merger of the Covey Leadership Center with Franklin Quest .

Today around 3500 consultants work for the company in 150 countries. FranklinCovey advises companies and organizations on leadership, productivity, trust, implementation and sales. Programs that can be implemented worldwide are made available in 40 languages, which should enable uniform international quality assurance. According to the company, over 750,000 people use FranklinCovey seminars every year.

In German-speaking countries, FranklinCovey is represented by the FranklinCovey Leadership Institute based in Grünwald near Munich . The company also has locations in Vienna and Zug , from where the company also offers training courses and programs in German.
