Franklin Chacón
Franklin Raúl Chacón Colmenares (born February 12, 1979 ) is a Venezuelan racing cyclist .
Chacón's greatest successes on the road were his victories in the period from 200 to 2008 in sections of the international stage races Vuelta al Táchira (three), Vuelta a Venezuela (one and one team time trial) and Vuelta a Guatemala (three). After that he didn't win any more UCI races, but he finished fourth in the overall ranking of the Vuelta a Venezuela 2012. At national level, he won numerous races, including the 2002 Venezuelan time trial championship .
On the track , he won the silver medal in the team pursuit with the Venezuelan four-four at the 2007 Pan American Championships .
