František Barát (born July 25, 1950 ) is a former Czech football player and current coach . In the 2007/08 season he coached FK Marila Příbram .

Player career

Barát, who comes from Slovakia , played for Spartak Ústí nad Labem until 1974 . From 1974 to 1976 the midfielder was part of the Prague Bohemians squad , during which time he managed a first division. In the 1976/77 season he ran for the second division UD Příbram , then he played three years in the 1st Czechoslovak League for Škoda Pilsen .

Coaching career

The majority of his coaching career spent Barát with Marila Příbram , where he trained in addition to the A team, the B team and the A youth and worked as an assistant coach. The former midfielder also played in Ústí nad Labem , FC Bohemians Prague , MUS Most , Sokol Milín and FC Střížkov Praha 9.
