French Studies
The French Studies (also Franco-Romance , Franko Romance , Franzistik ) is the science that deals with the French language and literature busy. It is also referred to as French Philology and, alongside Hispanic , Italian and Lusitan Studies, forms a central subject area of Romance studies . In addition to French, Gallo-Roman studies also includes other languages in the area of historical Gaul , including Occitan and Franco-Provencal .
