Franz Barsicke
Franz Barsicke (born May 15, 1905 in Breslau ; † 1944 ) was a German marathon runner .
At the German Championships in 1934 he was tenth on a course of 41.085 km in 2:46:00 h. At the German Championships in 1935 he came in ninth place in 2:56:00 h.
In 1936 he finished second in the Silesian Championship with his personal best of 2:49:38 h and was German champion in 2:51:23 h at the German Championships in Berlin . At the Olympic Games in Berlin , he gave up because of an injury.
