The company is a leading manufacturer of circular connectors and is represented in Germany, Switzerland, France, England, Sweden, the Netherlands, China, Singapore, Austria and the USA. Mainly industrial connectors and connectors for sensor and automation technology are developed and produced.
history
In 1960 Franz Binder started up the sole proprietorship as a workshop for mechanics and turned parts . Eight years later, production of the first circular connectors began. The later managing director and son of Franz Binder, Markus Binder, joined the company in 1992. In 2014 all shares were handed over to him. The company is one of the market leaders in the field of circular connectors and works with 45 sales partners on 5 continents.
Franz Binder GmbH & Co. Elektro Bauelemente KG is part of the Binder Group, a group of companies with companies in China, the USA and several European countries. In cooperation with dealers and distributors, worldwide sales and on-site advice are possible.
