Franz Holler

Franz Holler (born October 15, 1921 in Dietersdorf , Styria ; † before 2019 ) was an Austrian farmer and writer.

Life

Franz Holler attended six classes of elementary school in Sankt Peter am Ottersbach and then worked in his parents' farm. In 1940 he was drafted into the German Wehrmacht . After returning home from the Second World War , he took over his parents' farm and ran it until he retired. Holler is married and has two children. In addition to his farming activities, he wrote numerous short stories, novels , poems and local stories for newspapers, magazines and radio and published numerous anthologies .
