Franz Carl Wilhelm Ernst Iffland (born December 3, 1862 in Berlin-Tempelhof , † 1933 or 1935 there) was a German sculptor and painter.

Iffland created portrait busts and bronze figures with predominantly mythological or genre-like content. He participated in the exhibitions of the Royal Academy of Arts in 1886, 1987, 1888, 1890 and 1892 . In 1886 the works “Wounded Warriors”, the bust “Laughing Italians” and the bronze statuettes “A pair of figures of children making music” were on view. At the time he was living at No. 5 Baruther Strasse in Berlin. In 1892 he was represented by the figures of a " ripening driver " and a " string jumper " . In 1893 he exhibited other objects at the Great Art Exhibition in Berlin.

Fine art foundries that worked for Iffland are occasionally noted on the bronzes, for example by the foundry mark of the Kraas fine art foundry (Berlin) or the foundry mark “Akt. Ges. HG u. S “( Hermann Gladenbeck and Son, Berlin).

In 1886 he took part in the competition to build a Lessing monument in Berlin, without success.
