Franz Johann Ernst

Franz Johann Ernst (born March 29, 1869 in Wiesmath ; † December 30, 1946 ) was an Austrian politician ( CSP ) and farmer. Ernst was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament from 1932 to 1934 .

Ernst attended elementary school and agricultural training courses. In 1902 he took over his parents' business in Wiesmath and worked as a farmer. In 1902 he was one of the founders of the local Raiffeisenkasse, of which he was chairman between 1912 and 1937. He was also seriously involved in various agricultural organizations and cooperatives. From 1906 Ernst worked as a local councilor, from 1929 he was mayor of Wiesmath. He also represented the Christian Social Party between May 21, 1932 and October 30, 1934 in the Lower Austrian state parliament.
