Franz Regensburger
Franz Regensburger (born December 12, 1922 in Wenns ; † December 17, 2001 in Zams ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and teacher. He was 1957-1959 member of the Bundesrat and 1959-1979 Member of the National Council .
Life
Regensburger attended high school after primary school and then completed training at a teacher training institute. Regensburger subsequently worked professionally as a teacher.
politics
Regensburger was involved in the political arena as a member of the regional executive committee of the Austrian workers' union in Tyrol, and he also represented the ÖVP Tyrol from November 12, 1957 to June 9, 1959 in the Federal Council. Regensburger moved to the Austrian National Council on June 9, 1959, to which he was a permanent member until June 4, 1979.
