Franz Reisner

Franz Reisner (born December 3, 1890 in Mattersdorf , † November 18, 1962 in Mattersburg ) was an Austrian businessman and politician. Reisner was married and a member of the Burgenland Landtag .

Reisner was born as the son of the farmer Josef Reisner from Mattersdorf and attended the vocational school in Pottendorf after primary school in Mattersdorf . Reisner also completed commercial courses in Wiener Neustadt and subsequently worked as a businessman. Reisner was appointed to the Commerce Council in 1931 and was Chamber Councilor from 1932 and Vice President of the Burgenland Chamber of Commerce between 1934 and 1937. Reisner represented the state “trade and traffic” from November 11, 1934 until the state parliament was dissolved on March 12, 1938 in the state parliament.
