Franz Schleich
Franz Schleich (born June 2, 1956 in Feldbach ) is an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ) and businessman. Schleich was a member of the Styrian state parliament from 1991 to 2015 . He was also mayor of Bairisch Kölldorf .
After elementary school, Schleich attended secondary school and trained as a surveying technician. He works professionally as a trader.
Schleich has been politically active as a member of the state parliament since 1991, where he was the SPÖ area spokesman for business. He also holds the office of district chairman of the SPÖ Feldbach. Until the end of 2014 he was mayor of Bairisch Kölldorf. In 2015 the place became part of the Bad Gleichenberg community .
According to his own statements, his political priorities include the areas of the European Union, municipality, spatial planning and housing.
