Franz Schulz (politician, 1891)

Franz Schulz (born July 2, 1891 in Altenmarkt an der Triesting in Lower Austria , † March 25, 1956 in Vienna ) was an Austrian politician of the Socialist Party of Austria (SPÖ).

biography

education and profession

After attending primary school , he attended a technical training school and learned the trade of a machinist . He later became foreman and president of the Association of War Victims for Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland. The former "Alte Krainerhütte" in Helenental, which was bought by the Dietmann family in 1959 and served as a rest home for war victims, was posthumously named "Franz Schulz-Heim".

Schulz died on March 25, 1956 in Vienna and was buried in the urn grove of the Simmering fire hall . His grave is one of the honorary dedicated or honorary custody grave sites of the City of Vienna.
