Franz Schwarz (* May 23, 1826 - April 16, 1907 ) was a German administrative lawyer.

Life

Schwarz began to study law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität and became active in the Corps Guestphalia Bonn in 1846 . In the same year he moved to the Silesian Friedrich Wilhelms University , where he also joined the Corps Silesia on July 23, 1846 . He was promoted to Dr. jur. PhD. In Breslau he was President of Prussia's General Commission for the Province of Silesia . He died at the age of 81. His daughter Clara married Curt von Kronhelm .
